Dr. Wolfgang Ressler,
CEO


Dr. Ressler is responsible for finance, marketing & sales. His academic background is in electrical engineering and economics. While at university he founded a sports event company. Prior to founding crystalsol he was Junior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, Inc. in Vienna where he
spent the last 4.5 years. He advised top-tier companies of the Hi-Tech, Telecommunication, Automotive and Water Industry. While his focus was on operational topics he also gathered extensive experience in marketing and strategy.



Dr. Thomas Badegruber,
COO


Dr. Badegruber is in charge of operations. He holds a PhD in finance and has been co-founder of an e-learning company. Before founding crystalsol he has been Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company,
Inc. in Vienna for four years. He has advised several top-tier private equity firms in strategic due diligences and
has extensive experience in organizational and operational matters in various process industries including steel, chemicals, and pulp & paper.



Dr. Axel Neisser,
CTO


Dr. Neisser is responsible for the technology development and production within crystalsol. He studied Physics in Berlin and Manchester and holds a corresponding PhD degree. Dr. Neisser has more than twelve years of industry experience. Before joining crystalsol,
he has been working for more than 5 years as Chief Technology Officer for another company developing and producing CIGS photovoltaic modules.

 

Prof. Dr. Dr.h.c. Dieter Meissner,
Chief Scientist


Prof. Meissner leads the scientific activities. He has started to work with crystalsol's technology in 1979 with
the Philips research group and took over the technology in the late 1980s. He has been working on different types of solar technologies at different universities and research institutions in Europe, Asia, South America and the United States and has been involved in development projects with several solar companies. He has published more than 150 scientific papers and more than 100 patents in 37 patent families.
